Customer Reviews of Kiahuna Plantation
Our visit to your condo was one of the main things that made our vacation to Kauai such a joy. We are hoping to come back next year. Thank you for sharing your property with our family.
What a trip. Loved our first time to Kauai. Your condominium seemed to be a perfect place for us. We enjoyed the sounds of the birds and the surf lapping at the beach. Hope to make it back soon.
We booked a condo with you this spring. The unit was spotless and well decorated. And a 50 second walk to the very nice Kiahuna Beach that fronts the property. This is a wonderful place to stay. We all enjoyed the beach and the very close Poipu Beach park that we could take a short walk too.
Expect beautiful grounds and an awesome beach. I went with my three teenagers and we had a blast! Their orchid garden is spectacular. Must sees include: Waimea Canyon which is a visual feast. Enjot the nice lodge/restaurant at the top, boogie boarding at the east coast beaches (wonderful waves, but watch the riptide and obey the signs--my daughter needed...
My husband and I spent Thanksgiving week at the Kiahuna Plantation and have been dreaming about our return ever since. We loved the plantation style buildings and the huge old trees that cover the property. The flower gardens are amazing and there is an absolutely wonderful restaurant (Plantation House) that should not be missed. We had three dinners that week that were exquisitely prepared.
The grand lawn leading up to the beautiful crescent shaped beach was impressive, it gives you a sense you are some place very special. The condo we rented had a small view of the ocean and was very nicely appointed. We loved having breakfast each morning on our lanai, while listening to the ocean and the birds. We had everything we needed and the staff was terrific. They gave us great recommendations on where to go and what to see. If you want people fussing over you, go to the Hyatt, but if you want to experience the sites, sounds, and smells of this very beautiful island, visit the Kiahuna Plantation. You will be glad you did. We feel we have experienced true ALOHA.
This was our 3rd trip to Kauai and back to Kiahuna Plantations. It is an ideal spot on the beach. By the way, the Sheraton has a great children's program - my children love it!
The beach is beautiful and the grounds are pristine. We enjoy grilling fresh fish on one of the weber gas grills located throughout the property. We hope to return to Kauai and if we do, we hope to stay at Kiahuna once again!!!
Loved the Honeymoon in Kaui. The resort was exactly what we wanted. Close to the beach and good accommodations at an affordable price. We asked for a partial ocan vew and that's exactly what we got. The grounds were beautiful. Try to get a unit close to the beach because the bay next to the resort is great.
If you have a family going, this is the place. Large spacious units. They even supplied books, videos and cds, wow. The unit was very well decorated and supplied. Bathroom and bedroom were large. Balconies open up to let in the view and light. Nice grassy grounds good for the little ones.
My new husband and I were married in Kauai and stayed at the Kiahuna Plantation in your condo 168 for six nights. The condo was very clean and well supplied with towels, dishes, cookware, etc. The grounds were beautiful and the desk staff was friendly and helpful. We ate at the Plantation Gardens Restaurant which has a limited vegetarian menu. Overall this is one of our favorite places of all the places we have stayed in the Hawaiian Islands
